Chemical Weathering
Chemical weathering is a type of weathering where rock breaks down because of chemical reactions. There are many different things that can cause chemical weathering like,water, animals, ground water, and acid precipitation.

Animals can cause chemical weathering if they dig burrows. The mixing of soil and dirt makes that happen.

Ground water and Acid precipitation can weather because it can dissolve certain types of rock. Some groundwater contains acid.
